​Introduction to Microdosing

This is the perfect starter course to begin learning about and practicing using microsing for therapeutic or recreational purposes. Maybe you have heard about

microdosing and been curious or maybe you already have a specific goal in mind. This course provides enough comprehensive activities and information for you to feel confident about starting a microdosing routine or adjusting a current one. This course is self-paced and has no timeline so you can learn and practice at your own pace.

Microdosing for Substance Use

This course contains everything in the starter course but is also designed as a comprehensive 8-week program with a variety of powerful activities to help you work through patterns and behaviors that may be impacting your relationship with substances

such as drugs or alcohol.

This is a non-abstinence-based program and uses cutting-edge neuroscience and psychological techniques to help rewire your brain and support your nervous system. We also offer personalized counseling and coaching services for further support.
